up nice and early with my good friend Brooke, and waiting at the doors at 8am ready to hunt.
unfortunatky i dont have pics to show what i brought,
but amongst it were some cool grey vintage highwaisted levi's. (i just cant get enough of levi's), an oversized pastel yellow silk long sleeved shirt..which will be a jacket on me, once i tailor it slightly, its HUGE.aha
a peach colour vintage lace shirt with an across the chest button panel section ( i know.. a picture would help.)
and a cute floral dress. it has a black base colour, with pink, yellow and light blue flowers allllllll over it. =)
its darling.. perfect to wear with my new lace up boots.
In previous savers expeditions during the end of last week and this weekend just passed; i've managed to find a denim shirt, coral red high waisted slacks that im in the process of turning into shorts, a vintage beaded cropped mesh top. (that also came with a funky smell) (GROSS) and a few acessories and basics.
i must say, im always satisfied with a savers shop. =)
If you havnt shopped at your local savers.. (IM TALKING IN VICTORIA BTW) u really need to get down to one!
Theyre basically an opshop department store that has everything in sections and size order... your bound to come across something you like!
Other than my rambless.. im off to bake banana bread + white chocolate spiders.
ill post pics of todays finds as soon as theyre altered.=)
