outfit shots from tuesday.
(again, i welcome all thoughts+feedback)

bird blouse- vintage/thrifted, black tailored silk slacks-dotti, platforms-[[AH-MAAZZZZIING EBAYERR♥]], rings- ysl + forever21, leather cuff- 'mirror mirror', red leather string bracelet- santos wish.

these platforms are obviously a cheap version of the gorgeous Sam Edelmans. i still really want the real ones as they don't show the seam from shoe to platform... but seriously, these have the same silhouette ++ chunkyness as the ZOE boot. theyre quite comfortable as well. ive had them sitting in my shoe collection for about 2 1/2 months now, not sure whether to pull them out and wear them or try sell them to save for the real ones, but as i wanted a platform boot for my outfit on Tuesday, i decided to slip them on. for the time being, im satisfied with the look.. that said ZOE boots, REAL ones, are still high on my wish list.

so little time, but always something to do.

tuesday, always a good day when something arrives in the mail.i cant believe how unmotivated ive been over the weekend. worst mood ever. aha, could be the copious amounts of coconut chocolate i consumed? being because i havnt consumed such a delightful indulgence in such a long time? whatever, it was good while it was in my mouth then in my stomach i became moody... strange i know. food is not a good side of me.

SO this is short and sweet for the timebeing as i have some baking to complete for my dearest mother. i have so many thoughts and future goals i want to discuss with you lovelys, but soo not enough time to sit in front of the screen all day.

for the time being, heres a quick sneek into the outfit post that will be coming later on, (after playing masterchef ..haha i no, interesting..)

  god that opshop is amazing, i reckon i have withdrawals when i haven't been there for a while.
  AND ADORING my necklace creation im holding in the last two shots. its a turquoise stone ( well obviously..haha) but i added all other elements to make it a necklace to match my YSL =) im really pleased with the end result. who woulda' known i was sucha damn good jewelery maker?  haha kiddinggggggg.
  missing my sister a tonne.

HOW MUCH OF A GOOD FIND IS THIS?? kirrily johnston loves maxshop 100% silk drapey, pleated box shape top, WITH THE TAG STILL ON, stating...

$199!! i picked up this beauty from savers in melbourne for a measly $7.99 !! 

( OMG, yes i know ). AHMAZINkk.

this then brings two things to mind :

• Who throws a $199 silk top in a salvo bag?
• Does this utterly stupid person know how freakkingg good kirrily is??
  
  but, without their disregard of designer worth, i would have not come across this gorgeous top, which is now a deffinate favorite savers find.
  GAHH, im totally obsessed, serious, i LURVEE ♥ vintage/opp-shopping.
  ANYWAY this outfit was worn tuesday just gone, ive been so busy with the boy + making jewellery to sell (to purchase something online, its gorgeous, you will love it, haha, i wont say too much but ill show you when it arrives)

emily, a.k.a my long lost twin. ( no seriously, she is my twin but,,/ i NEVER get to see her). she came to the childhood home today for once in a gizillion years! we played with makeup then went shoppingggg to layby some gorgeous ankle boots with a hidden wedge heel, but, like my luck, the pair left were actually wrecked... so i didnt get to secure my pair and layby them in the end.

• we ended up lipstick shopping for 'hot coral' and 'orange flip' by revlon.
• purchased YSL elle for only thirty-fuckiing-five $$ ( SOO CHEAP)
• one small bag of gloucose jelly beans later...
• a stolen solarium session card,// just for fun
  (inusable ofcourse as its in someone elses name.)

QUICK OUTFIT SHOTS BEFORE RUNNING ERINS THEN HEADING UP TO THE BOYFRIENDS

(the light spots on the photos tell me my camera lens may just be a little bit dirty..)

ksubi black grease highwaist jean, vintage leopard oversized faux fur, bonds basic singlet, sportsgirl boots, rosary beads, handmade chunky cross necklace, australias mint green nailplolish, forever21 ring, sportsgirl ring, byron bay ring.

this is the first time ive worn my ksubi's i won on ebay. i was so freaking lucky to fit into them so perfectly. 

theyre not actually a denim, theyre a poly/elastane blend, and have a shine-ish pant look/feel to them.

theyre super comfy and have a gorgeous midrise waist.

the faux fur i found at Retrostar in melbourne city. its a crazy colorful vintage store that has a massive range of clothing from all eras. you really have to hunt for the golden pieces..but as any vintage store, if you know what your looking for its easier to find it amongst the chaos.

anyway, it set me back $35 bux but has since warmed me on these freezing fuckiing nights melbourne winter brings.

apart from outfits, i desperatly desperatly, you dont understand how desperatly, i want my own laptop. its on my mind every day, and i seriously, like, OMG, i WANT IT NOW.

(im sure your parents have said this to you once in your life? yes? haha, it drives me crazy, but is so true)

im sure once i do have my own laptop, ill be blogging late at night, which i shouldnt,as i, like all of you, need my beauty sleep, but i can already see it happening- fashion/ebay/tumblr/bloglovin/.. can i say addiction?
